I have just finished Court of Lies, by Gerry Spence, and it is a winner. He has the courtroom procedures and dialogue down an attorney of his experience must.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll put this on my list of legal thrillers for our annual round-up article by Jon L. Breen. Sometimes a book is promoted as a "legal thriller" but doesn't have much courtroom or legal action at all.
