Poirot Award to Mystery Scene!

Mystery Scene Magazine Publishers Kate Stine & Brian Skupin received the Poirot Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Mystery at Malice Domestic XX1 in Arlington, VA on May 2, 2009.

Thanks to Cindy Silberblatt for this photo. Cindy also did her usual excellent job as MC of the Mystery Scene New Authors Breakfast at Malice.

    What a wonderful photo! And an equally wonderful evening…your speeches were wonderful, and you looked so happy!

    Is that the fabulous Rhys Bowen peeking out behind you? I think I recognize the tiara.

    Ha! It is indeed Rhys, I didn’t see her before. It was a really fun night and a great conference — so good to see all our friends and meet new mystery fans.
